The team knew very little about MS or the OMS program so we set out to educate ourselves. While this was happening the research team spoke with various members of the OMS community. The interviews had us speaking to people who were new to the program, mostly under a year, to people who had been on the program for up to eight years. After we gathered the data from the interviews we were able to move on to synthesize the data. This called for an affinity map.
